Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: When you place your order, please provide up to 3 working days for your order to be processed. Our treatment warehouses pack your items ordered and ship parcels as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification by e-mail.

Q: How long does the delivery last?

Q: What is your return policy ?
A: Instead of returning the items, you can contact us to get a full refund. Why ? Returns run counter to the importance we give to sustainability and the environment: each return has a carbon footprint.
